Senior Capstone Project, 12 mins
In the filmmaking department at Stephens College, we are tasked with writing, organizing, directing, and finalizing a short film of our own in order to graduate. For my film, I created ALPHA TEST. This film explores Avery, an at-home video game tester, and her relationship with a new game that might know more about her than it should. A mix of narrative and slightly experimental editing, this film is a conglomerate of some of my favorite things I’ve witnessed in films and shows that I wanted to try my hand at.

Gimme Truth! 3rd place winner 2022, 2 mins
Submitted for the Gimme Truth! gameshow of the True/False Film Festival in Columbia, MO, this entirely true story follows me and my friend as we frantically attempt to see Harry Styles live, hours away from our apartment. Visuals are entirely done in Photoshop and After Effects.

Liminal Space Capstone Exhibition, 3 mins
This music video was created and edited by my team of me, myself, and I. This video was a small portion of my capstone project, for my graphic design minor, in which I created a hypothetical 4th studio album and marketing plan for Harry Styles, visuals included. I challenged myself to learn how to be the subject and the DP on a makeshift set, and this was the outcome of that.

This was one of the very first projects that let me know I liked doing film. I see visuals in the music I listen to, and I love being able to put that vision on the screen for others to see. This music video explores lighting and editing effects and is the earliest project I have ever made that I am still proud of to this day.
Green Thumbs, Growing Brains
A short documentary, 7 mins
The Learning Garden is a program started in Ashland, MO to help young students learn about gardening and what goes in their bodies. This documentary explores the founder’s experience with how the garden started, and what it has evolved into with the community.
